SONS
Designing an effective visual system is not just about aesthetics, but also about functionality.
This system is designed to empower students, helping them stay organized and keep track of all their tasks. Through graphic elements and a consistent color palette, we aim to facilitate their responsibility and promote more organized learning. Inspired by the current logo concept, we chose a “sans display” font for its fun and modern personality, which resonates with a young and youthful audience. In the original identity, the sun was already part of the letter "O", but it included a face that gave it a very childlike tone. In the new version, the sun remains as the "O", but with a more neutral and versatile design that reflects the SONS System’s evolution. This distinctive element will be used across the brand as an icon in various applications.
Additionally, we created a visual language system that identifies subjects and different educational levels, from elementary school to higher education. This system is designed to empower students and help them organize themselves, allowing them to be more responsible and stay on top of all their tasks. For the notebooks and other products in the system, we designed character illustrations based on representative graphics for each subject. These characters acquire their personality through the movement of their feet, without the need for facial expressions, providing greater flexibility to appeal to different market segments. Monochromatic colors are applied to products such as notebooks, folders, binders, and stickers based on each subject. However, for general brand applications, analogous tones are used to create strong contrasts and convey energy.
